I have read your query and understand your concern.
Easiest and most convenient way to test pregnancy is by doing urine test for pregnancy.
It can be easily done by pregnancy kits which are easily available in chemist shops. You put couple of drops of urine in the kit and get the result in 3-5 minutes.
This way you can confirm the presence or absence of pregnancy.
Although pregnancy upto 9 weeks can be easily terminated with the help of oral medicines,but it should always be done under the supervision of a doctor.
Using oral medicines of your own can cause various complications and can be fatal sometimes.
It is very important to get the ultrasound abdomen done if pregnancy is confirmed by urine test.
An ultrasound abdomen will clearly tell the age as well as the place of pregnancy ( intra uterine or ectopic ).
Ultrasound abdomen would decide which method of abortion can be pursued...by oral medicines or by surgical removal.
