Last date smoked at all 9/13, will test probably on 10/10, but I am not sure if it is urine or blood. I also don't know the parameters of pass vs fail.
Will try to find out about which type and parameters used.
I will be moving 3000 miles back to east coast for this health care position, and if I don't pass, will be jobless
Any help you can give is needed. XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
you have sufficient time, just stop the smoking
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Still 26 days to go in testing. If you will stop smoking maximum before 9/20 completely you can pass the blood/urine test for smoking likely. No other things are required except stopping the smoking.
All the best.
