Hi,
I understand your concerns about reduced blood flow.
There are various medicines to increase blood flow to uterus which can be given during IVF cycle.
These medicines are pentoxyfylline, Sildenagil, evion and estradiol.
These are used during different stages of IVF procedure and your doctor will explain you better during IVF cycle.

Sildanafil was given for last 2 months. But TB infection might have created any problems? Also IS that Endometrium thickness still can be increased during the IVF cycle?

Brief Answer:
Not 100 %
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
TB is unlikely to damage uterus completely.
If such a damage exists, these medicines can improve blood flow and help regaining blood flow to some extent though not 100 %.

Sir..if blood flow is not good, then IVF is difficult? Doctor told that they saw white layer in uterus and that is due to inadequate blood flow.
Brief Answer:
Endometrial thicknessbia important
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Endometrial thickness is also important. If endometrium thickness is good, the IVF is likely to be successful.
White endometrial patch though is bad good endometrial thickness usually compensates it.
Chances of success are good if endometrial thickness is good. Hence dont worry about failure.
