Brief Answer:
Ayurveda Management & Approach

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with the health concern and following is/are recommended guidelines:

1. At her age [3 weeks] best diet is mother’s milk which will provide natural Immunity and since mother's milk is insufficient even then tell her that it is normal to encounter this problem during lactation, make sure that she encourages more of breast feeding since more the baby sucks on nipples greater is the production of breast milk

. avoid: nuts,honey,cow’s milk,potatoes, mashed/cooked/mixed food

. Add cardamom/cinnamon to halwa/kheer, cereals.

. .It is recommended in Ayurveda that till the baby turns 5 only then his/her treatment is necessary since before that he/she is dependent on her parents, so it is the mother which has to take care of her diet, otherwise difficult to digest food will result in intestinal colic and diarrhea, skin disease in baby.

PS. Wait till 1 year when you can add vegetables/beans[carrot,beet,celery, mung dal]

2. You can ask for prescription medicine which are safe during breast feeding and increases milk production and Immunity like: Shatavri Churan, Septilin Drops, Suvarnprashan [21 drops], Balanta kadha.

PS. If interested I can courier you the said medicines along with dosage.
