Suggest Ways To Increase Chances Of Conception

Question: Dear Sir,

This is XXXXXXXXXXXX From saudi arabia , i am at saudi now ..
My query is .. we are planning to conceive after 6 month to become pregnant.
BDW my wife is not with me , she is now in XXXXXXX , but when i will go after 6 monthes i need to conceive at that particular month .

So give me suggestion how it is possible to become pregnant in that month i can become pregnant . i have 30 days holiday .
i mean that sometimes in one month it is not possible to conceive although intercourse each other day . may be that month she is not ovaluate . .

i have tried before two months ago for 2 months but nothing has happened , we have married just 6 months ago.

also there was first month of our marriage she take one emergency contraceptive pill because of our unprotected intercourse because that time we not think that we want baby .

Also one time she has taken clomid tablet for ovaluation ,, particularly one month , but nothing has happened .

This two medicine anything will affect in pregenency ?

So please advice we need to become pregnant in one month time ,,, any medicine or other way ?

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Both medications taken will not cause any long term effects.
Ask your wife to start folic acid tablets one month before planning pregnancy, one tab daily.
Take clomid and start follicular monitoring from Day nine of cycle.
clomid from day three for five days.
Then proper ovulation can be confirmed and you can remain sexually active accordingly.

Dear madam,

Some doctor said that , "Unless there is confirmed diagnosis of absence of ovulation, please do not take ovulation inducing medicines"

But you are telling that , take clomid as accordingly above , will it affect any health or pregnancy in future?

Can you tell me what is actual medicine name of clomid ?

follicular monitoring means?

Hello
Clomid contains clomiphene citrate.
It is a medication given to induce egg formation and ovulation.
Since you said that she took it for one month, and there was no ovulation, I suggested to take it again, because there is already confirmed diagnosis of absence of ovulation.
Actually you can wait and try naturally for 6 months, but you want to conceive only within limited narrow time frame so that is the best option for you.
Follicular monitoring means going for ultrasound scan and checking growth of the egg and ovulation, so that you can remain sexually active on the precise day when ovulation happens.

as i mean ovaluation not done for 1 month, i have checked by ovaluation kit after taking the clomid .

Also another question that , ovaluation can happened every month if she mense properly ?

because may be that month she has not ovaluate , may be next month can ovaluate .

Aslo if she take clomid is it any affect for new born baby in future or anything will harm for baby ?

What is her age ?
Yes it is possible that one month she may ovulate, and next month she may not ovulate.
But you said you wanted pregnancy within that one month only, so clomid increases chance of ovulation, that is why I suggested it.
No side effect on baby or any harm .

At 21, generally there should be no problem in ovulation.
But you need to conceive only within one particular month, so best to take clomid and go for follicular monitoring.

also for ovaluation check need to go ultrasound ? if i check by ovaluation kit , so any problem there ?

Ovulation kit is not as reliable as ultrasound scan.
If you are taking clomid, better to complement the procedure with scan to get maximum chances of success.
Take clomid from day 3 to day 7 ( five days, one tablet each daily ) and start scanning from day 9 onwards, every alternate day, till ovulation is confirmed.
