I would suggest you the following technique
1. Local massage with coconut oil and Vitamin E capsule emptied in it. Start massage from root of penis to the tip. Do it twice a day 15 minutes each session

Hi doctor ... My size is 3 inchs and thin also . And minimum size is 4 inch .
