my weight is 85kg and I am 172cm tall

Hello Sir
Fir your age, sex and height, the weight range required is 55 to 75 to maintain normal BMI.
It is there advisable to reduce a weight of minimum of 10 Kgs , but not 15 Kgs.
This has to be divided over a period of 4 months.
I advise you to substitute your dinner for Oatmeal.
3 spoons of oats taken in milk at bedtime should be the predominant meal.
Avoid carbs like rice and other stuff for the night.
Avoid fried and fatty food stuff through out the day.
For breakfast eat Salads for 3 times a week.
Fruits like Apple and Pomegranate daily.
Maintain total amount of calories to around 2000k initially per day.
Regular physical exercise for 15 min /day like jogging or brisk walk is advisable.
For lunch , reduce rice quantity by 1/3rd , and add pulka .
