Suggest Ways To Lose Fat Around The Abdominal Area
can be corrected by diet and exercise
Detailed Answer:
First of all, may I ask if you had a larger girth before you lost your weight? If so, this is your body type and can be corrected by diet and exercise.
Diet-wise if you are eating sweets, fatty foods or alcohol, please stop. I would like to suggest a targeted exercise program to both work out your heart and exercise targeted at your belly area. Vigorous walking, stretching before and after, as well as targeted exercises geared at strengthening your core or abdominal muscles. Sit-ups and working out with weights might help strengthen your core muscles.
By the way, are you still experiencing great abdominal pain as I would want to have that assessed prior to implementing any program. I do not think such great pain is "normal" prior to defecation. I also may ask if you are having constipation, hard stools and if they are normal color and consistency. If gas is a concern, we may have other foods to watch.
If stools are hard or hard to pass please try to get more fluids in.
So, my opinion is to check with your personal physician regarding abdominal pain, assure that you are drinking 8-9 glasses of pure water throughout the day, discontinue alcohol (if consumed), fried foods, and general cardiovascular exercise such as walking and targeted strength building of abdominal area.
