Brief Answer:
Could be simple hypertrophy of the prostate.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this fluctuating PSA levels and all the inconveniences this has caused you. I have reviewed this information is fully and this enlarged lump could be a hypertrophy of the prostate gland. I will like to see this followed up with a biopsy to establish what the exact cause of this finding is. These results would provide definitive answers and guide the treatment process. Even if this were to be cancer, there is little to worry about because cancers of the prostate can be treated with surgery especially in the early phases.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
