Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your query and taking reference from previous discussions movement of teeth does not take place so soon after extraction, also more movement is seen towards the midline..
But as you have tongue thrusting habit the probability of movement of teeth increases..
You should get a tongue crib manufactured from an Orthodontist and start wearing it..
It will help in preventing pressure over the teeth and will prevent further movement of teeth..
Along with it if possible get Fixed Orthodontic Treatment done if you wish to close the Diastema..
Any further queries are welcome..
Wish you a good health..
Thanks and regards..

Movement will occur if tongue thrusting continues.
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..
As per your query I would like to explain through a simple logic..
See, if there is continuous pressure or force applied over something then it definitely moves to the area of less force..
Same goes with teeth.
If tongue thrusting continues, pressure over teeth will make the teeth move in direction away from force..
So its better to get a tongue crib so that tongue thrusting will not take place and spacing will not increase..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
