Question: I had a blood panel completed last year with all negative results. I have had issues with the foreskin around the penis. It is very sensitive. It reddens easily and skin has sloughed off with bleeding.

The symptoms.you are describing is suggestive of balanitis, which is the infection of tip of penis and foreskin.
There are two possible causes for balanitis ie, bacterial or yeast infection
Most cases of balanitis are caused by yeast (candida) infection.
You can apply over the counter Lotrimin ointment. The Lotrimin ointment helps clear up yeast infection. If you do not notice any improvement in three days, follow up with your primary to undergo culture and sensitivity testing to identify possible bacterial infection. If you notice improvement while using Lotrimin, continue the treatment for 10 days.Apply Lotrimin ointment thrice daily for 10 days.Keep the area clean and dry. Use mild soap and water to clean the area. Wear loose breathable undergarments to prevent excess sweating .
I see that you had undergone blood investigations a year before. But please be advised to repeat blood sugar testing to rule out diabetes. Underlying Diabetes can trigger balinitis and erectile dysfunction.
