Brief Answer:
You have developed a condition called rhinitis medicamentosa
Detailed Answer:
Hello
From your history it looks like that you have developed a condition called as rhinitis medicamentosa.
This condition develops due to over use of nasal decongestants and eventually leads to permanent nasal obstruction, which does not respond to nasal decongestants.
The treatment includes stopping the nasal decongestants and starting the patients on a short course of oral steroids and steroid nasal sprays. If the block is too much then oral decongestants like pseudo ephedrine can also be taken.
The best thing would be to meet your ent doctor and get the prescription.
Take care!
