Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

Question: Hi doctor,
My wife is 8 week pregnant and I don't want a baby now because I have already baby of 2 year. My doctor suggested me to take mifeprin tablet. I have two doubt.
1. Will my wife suffer from severe pain?
2. Can my wife go for baby feeding.

Please suggest me.

Answers:-
1. Yes there would be abdominal cramps like those in menses and lower abdominal pain when the bleeding starts following start of medical abortion under supervision.
2. yes she can be easily breast feeding , but as your child is already 2 years old , breast feeding should be stopped as there is no added advantage in feeding after 6 months actually.
