Suggest Ways To Tighten The Skin When Having Stomach Fat

Question: Hi,

I am having some bulging fat on my stomach and I have started working out to loose it. In last ~4 months I have lost 10kgs and I fear that my skin has started becoming loose. I have to loose another 15-20kgs. Can you help me with what I should do to tighten my skin?
