Question: Sir I take glucon d during workout running and my fat is growing is glucon d fattening which is the best sports drink during workout

Glucon d contains only glucose. Excess of glucose is stored as glycogen in the liver and if surplus store is there, may be converted to fat. Usual drinks of glucon d do not cause increase in body fat...until and unless there is metabolic abnormality in the body...
During work out energy is spent and there is increase in muscle mass. So increase in both energy XXXXXXX and protein XXXXXXX food is required. A good source of protein is eggs which are cheaper and have good bio-availability. For energy a good and balanced diet is enough, and if needed glucon d can be taken during exhaustion.
In market many whey proteins are available, but their data about good workout utility is limited, so better be avoided. Similarly body building steroid should never be taken....
