Question: My toddler fell very hard on his chin 3 days ago and its bruised but today the black and blue is also red is he ok or should I get him to the we?

Based on your description, it might be a soft tissue injury or fracture of chin bone. A clinical examination of chin and x-ray is required to rule out any fracture.

Therefore visiting a doctor would be ideal.
