After taking mifegest to induce abortion, there is usually no effect seen on the future pregnancies f you give at least six months gap between the abortion and the next pregnancy.
The effects of this medicine are reversible after stopping the use. No long term effects have been seen on future pregnancies.

Misoprost also does not affect conception and the future pregnancies. But you should consult a gynecologist before taking any of these as these are associated with serious side effects. Do not self medicate yourself.
