Took Treatment For Measles, Fever, Vomiting, Cough And Cold. Suggest Some Proactive Solution?

Question: Recently i have hospitalized, i was suffering with measels, fever, vomiting, caugh and cold. Now i am perfectly alright. But my concern is how to be proactive from next time. I really dont want to take chances from now onwards. Can you suggest the possible proactive solutions?

First of all it is good that now you are perfectly alright.

As you know measles is a virus infection. The severity is more in adults in comparison to children.

Most of us are vaccinated in childhood against in this virus. Still out-brakes are known.

One strong infection should give life time immunity you against this virus in future.

In general please do following which should help you keep fit and fine.

>Do regular exercise
>Take good healthy diet comprising fruits, vegetables, salads on regular basis
>Avoid too much of junk food
>Eat on time, do not skip meals, most important do not go without breakfast in morning.

All this should help you be fit and avoid most of the illnesses in future.
