Trying To Postpone Periods. When Should I Start Taking Deviry And Femilon Tablet?

Thanks for the query.
1. You can stop deviry on 10th instead of 12th. Even if you get withdrawal bleeding after 7 days your periods will start on 18th and possibly will end by 22nd.
Then when you star taking the pills from 19th, after completion of 21 active or hormonal pills you may have withdrawal bleeding while taking the 7 inactive pills in between 10th to 16th Dec .
2.If the periods come earlier than 15th per suppose on 14th and if you start taking pills on 15th, you can get periods possibly between 5th to 11th of December.
Generally it is expected that withdrawal bleeding can occur while taking the inactive or last 7 pills. But sometimes the bleeding can come late or rarely early.
3.You can use deviry to postpone the withdrawal bleeding.
According to the first day of starting the pills if you think that you can get withdrawal bleeding before Dec 14th, you start deviry 2 days before the completion of pills. And continue till you want to postpone the bleeding and then stop.
Then after getting withdrawal bleeding start the femilon from the first day of bleeding as regular contraceptive measure.

Thank you for your response. This is really helpful.
Please let me know on point (3) If I take deviry to postpone my withdrawal bleeding (incase, I have chances of getting it before Dec 14th), and the bleeding is postponed, then should I not start taking the active pills from the assigned 29th day (21 days active & 7 days inactive & then repeat cycle)? In the case of taking deviry, should I then take Femilon as starting a fresh course, i.e start from the first day of my period? If I am going to have to start taking Femilon, from the first day of my period instead of the 29th day, then, do I have to use an additional contraceptive method, like a condom, etc?

The suggestions to you are:
-Start deviry after completion of active pills.
Continue till 14th.
After stopping on 14th you will get withdrawal bleeding in 4 to 5 days.
Then from the first day of bleeding start femilon as usual.
Usually being on deviry at the end of the cycle and during withdrawal bleeding ovulation will not occur and the chance of pregnancy is less. But to be on safe side you can use additional method of contraception.
-One more option is after completion of 21 active pills of femilon, skip the inactive pills and start a new pack which can prevent withdrawal bleeding.
But sometimes breakthrough bleeding may occur, in that case use deviry along with femilon pills till bleeding stops and continue femilon as usual.
Wish you Good Health, If you are satisfied with my response please rate the answer after closing the discussion.
Take care.
