Upper Back Pain, Chest Pain. Pains To Swallow Solid Food

There are couple of possibilities in your case.
1. Acid peptic disease/ulceration in G.I.Tract
2. Some cardiac problem
3. Muscular pain
The most likely possibility seems to be acid peptic disease.
Still to have things clarified it is important that you visit your EKG to rule out cardiac problem.
In mean time please try following,
1. Avoid foods that are spicy, XXXXXXX in calories. Avoid junk food and soft drinks.
2. Take small frequent meals.
3. Avoid going to sleep for at least 2 hours after taking food.
4. Avoid tobacco in any form.
5. remain active and try to avoid stress.
6. For back pain you can apply any local analgesic that you are comfortable with .You can also take analgesic like Tylenol for some pain relief along with antacid.
