What Amount Of Calorie Intake Is Advisable While Following A Diet Plan?
I keep my calories within a log and have done since losing weight. Whilst estimates, I rarely go above 2000 calories and normally hit around 1500. Although, this isn't also including things like butter and sauces, which I don't include.
My job is inactive and exercise I count is around 100 per day calories on run machine.

There are a number of things to be kept in consideration. Alcohol is a significant energy source but the body cannot trap this energy. Alcohol is therefore a source of 'dry energy' and the entire energy lands up getting converted to fat (bad fat) leading to stuff like belly fat and fatty liver. So, anything above zero is bad. Surely I need not mention it. But if you wish to undo it, perhaps a mere 100 calorie walk on the treadmill would not be adequate. Eating less would not compensate for the extra calorie intake through alcohol. So, you are likely to land up with excess fat on one hand and lack of energy in the other.
The calorie requirement of a sedentary male depends upon the metabolic rate of the individual but is usually between 2,000 to 2,600 calories. Physical activity helps in increasing the metabolic rate of the body.
