What Are The After Effects Of Radiation Treatment For Retinoblastoma Specifically Betatron?

Question: 7 mo. diagnosed with retinoblastoma. Left eye removed, right eye treated with betatron. Has had cancer twice since in shoulder area, had surgery and radiation in the past 10 years. Sight in right eye declining, must use magnifying glass to read. Has gum disease, resulting in extraction of 4 bottom teeth. Contracted staff infection most recently. Lacks focus, decision making ability, and memory. Scheduled for disability hearing on Nov. 5th. Would like to be seen by a specialist that wouldd be able to testify to any add'tl damaging effects incurred over time due to radiation as infant.
Need to find someone that can speak to the many after effects of radiation treatment for retinoblastoma in the 1960's, specifically Betatron. in the Gwinette Cty, Ga
