Question: Benefits and side-effects of Calcium Citrate Carbonate & Malate, I'm taking 2 capsules 500 mg and I noticing my feets are swollen.

I am so sorry to hear about the swelling of legs that you have reported. Calcium really has no side effects except when it it taken in excess quantities and this is not the case now. If this all started after taking this pill, I recommend you stop for a week and let's see if the swellings go away. If it does, the this would be very strange and unexpected. Only then would i recommend that you discontinue it in relation to this. If the swelling persists, more likely than not, I will recommend you go for a physical examination and laboratory investigations to understand what is going on and address accordingly.

I stopped for 3 days already but I don't see any changes in my swelling,it's get worse when I just wake up.
There are not my legs, my feet are swelling. I noticing that early in the morning after a full night sleep are more swollen .
