Question: My breasts have seemed to be growing and lately they are sore. Is the soreness caused by the growing? I'm 24 I should be done growing by now, right?

The growth of the breasts is hormone related. These can grow while taking hormonal pills like birth control pills, pregnancy, lactation, indulging in sexual activities or due to hormonal changes in the body during the cycle. The growth of breasts is often associated with heaviness and mild pain.
At your age, if there are no palpable lumps in the breast tissue then there is no need to worry. This can be a normal physiological change.
