Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
According to your history and how events took place, in my opinion there is negligible chance of you catching an STD,
1) If she had STD she would have had a rash and people with rash don't dance in public like that.
2) You don't have any rash or any symptom.
3) Contact was minimal and no body fluids involved.
so there is theoretically almost zero chance of you catching an STD,
Test is best done after 3..4 weeks of contact though in my opinion if no fever of rash appears you don't need it.You don't have to worry.
I hope this answered your question,
if you have more please feel free to ask.
Regrads.

There are low chances of spread
Detailed Answer:
I understand you concern.
People with STD have a rash on their body and you would have noted thag on the girl even the girl would'nt have been dancing at a place with a rash, skin to skin contact doesnt really carry STD... genitals to skin may cause it but not in people who don't have open rash on body it needs heavy viral load and bad rash to get such infection through just contact.
If that somehow reaches mouth that may cause infection but again chances are low and if no rash appears on you then there is no way that you are having an STD so untill there is no rash you don't have to worry at all there is almost no chance of you getting STD or any other worth considering infection.
Regards.

Dormant infections arent really common
Detailed Answer:
drinking in cosniderabely large quantity can cause pins and needles or itching this can also be caused by anxiety..telling if its fever or not is simple just use a thermometer for that. your symptoms are no specific they don't show any sort of infection.
UTI doesnt usually stay dormant from the very start yes they can go chronic after an initial flare but dormant infections are rare..dont infections dont really get activated by life style or sex life untill a new traffic of pathogen is not recieved. At the moment I see no reason for you to get concerned.
Everything looks just fine.
