Brief Answer:
IT IS NOT A TREATMENT, BUT INVESTIGATION

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Please clarify what you mean by ' follicular treatment '.
There is no such treatment.
Probably what you mean is follicular monitoring.
In this procedure, ultrasound scan of the uterus and ovaries is started from day 9 or so of the menstrual cycle.
Scans are done every alternate day to check the growth of the egg follicle.
ALso, ovulation is confirmed by ultrasound scan.
This is not a treatment, but an investigation to pinpoint days of ovulation.
You should be able to conceive if there is no problem with ovulation, with the semen analysis or with your fallopian tubes or uterus.
There are many factors that determine chances of conception
Since how long are you trying ?
Do you have regular cycles ?
how many rounds of follicular monitoring have you undergone ?
Has ovulation been confirmed ?
Please let me know more details so that I can guide you further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
