Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear mam,
Thank you for choosing healthcaremagic.

I did review your concern. Overall the chances of developing lymphomas in a 16 year old are not very high, However, it requires a detailed investigation and preferably a biopsy of the enlarged lymphnode to determine if there is any lymphomatous involvement and also to determine the cause of the lymphnode enlargement

Can you please upload the radiology reports and laboratory reports performed recently based on which the abdominal lymphnodes were determined to be enlarged and fatty liver was diagnosed.
Also please let me know what problems was he having which lead to these investigations. Did he have any fever, abdominal pain, any other swelling in neck or axilla or groin, unintentional weight loss recently?

These details and the reports would help me a lot in determining the likelyhood as well as what other investigations are needed to completely rule out chances of lymphoma.

Awaiting your reply with reports.
Let me know if you have any other concerns please I will try my best to answer them.

Sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai.
