Brief Answer:
Miscarriage is infrequent after seeing heart beat.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

The difference in the clinical age of pregnancy and the gestational age on sonogram, is often seen at this stage and could be due to a delayed ovulation, lack of proper visualization of the sac and so on.

The fetal heart rate is good. The chances of a miscarriage at this stage, without any other disturbances and also considering your age, which falls on the younger side, are 5 percent. Older women above 35 years of age or when there is vaginal bleeding, have a 16 percent chance of a miscarriage.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for more information. I will be happy to help.
