Brief Answer:
It's difficult to misdiagnosis achalasia...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you asking on HCM!
I rerad your query and understood your concerns.

The chances of misdiagnosis are minimal, because achalasia has different clinical, radiological and endoscopical patterns when we compare with esophageal cancer. This is why it's very difficult to misdiagnose these two different disease.

However I need to have all the test results before reaching to a more precise conclusion. Can you please upload these data for me, so I will check them by myself?

I'm waiting for the test results to be uploaded.
Wish you health!
