1. Since the case is diagnosed [The lungs are affected in more than 90% of individuals with sarcoidosis] and since the pathology affects alveoli of the lungs where there is exchange between oxygen and carbon dioxide [and later progress to granuloma which causes narrowing of the airways] thus explains the symptoms of difficult breathing.

2. Due to involvement of nervous system: i.e. nerve tissue degeneration or inflammation there is headaches.

PS. Some very common conditions seen with sarcoidosis are depression, fatigue, and obstructive sleep apnea which are more significant problems affecting the quality of life.

3. In a case of Pulmonary involvement with sarcoidosis , without any renal involvement and normal renal function test, CT Venogram with I.V. Contrast can be given and since fibrosis is there thus practice 'anuloma- viloma' is beneficial.

PS.since alveoli are involved which one gets damaged cannot be replaced/ healed thus medicine won't be beneficial as much as pranayam
