What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After A D And C Procedure?

Question: I was drugged and might have been taken advantage of but cant recall. This was on a Thursday and then had a D&C due to other issues on Monday. Can I be pregnant eventhough I had a D&C? Also if I am not pregnant how come I have all pregnancy symptoms and sore breast and abdomen?

thanks for contacting HCM,
I am sorry for the experience you had but once you have already got a D& C DONE, then there are no chances of pregnancy as the endometrium has been curretted and no chance of any implantation .
Secondly, the symptoms you are experiencing that of sore breasts, stomach cramps and possible nausea, mood swings, headache forms a part or premenstrual syndrome which may mimic early pregnancy symptoms. The PMS indicate that progesterone is low, and bleeding may occur soon. This is common after d& c and you may have some bleeding inform of spotting or light brown break through bleed for a month or two.
You may take TAB MEFENAMIC ACID 500mg twice a day to allay these symptoms. It will help.
