Brief Answer:
The chances of pregnancy are quite low.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
The condom is 93% effective with proper use.
Spermicide is 73% effective.
Both condom with spermicide is 99% effective but still not 100%.
So in your case only 1% chance of pregnancy which is almost negligible.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.

what I'm asking is when she performed oral I was not wearing a condom
so semen in her mouth
then she went and bathroom and possibly tried to insert it
what are the chances with right before that using a condom with spermicide on her then semen going in her mouth mixing with saliva for a minute and then going to the bathroom and trying to insert semen

Brief Answer:
Explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I can read your questions again and I can understand that you want to say that first you do sex with condom and spermicide than she do oral that was unprotected( means no condom).
She had sperm in her mouth and than you said she insert sperm inside the vagina through finger or how? ( I can't understand this point,is she gives oral to other female or is she fingering herself).
Sorry for the inconvenience but please clarify this point so I will be able to give you my opinion.
Thanks.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.

No other one was involved
we have protected sex with condom
then to finish condom was removed she gave me oral
Sperm in her mouth went to bathroom used her fingers to insert in herself
I know that the spermicide on the condom is on the outside of the condom so that should still be inside her
also know saliva in mouth slows sperm down
Do you think the possibility of her getting pregnant is great medium low?
