Brief Answer:
No chances of pregnancy....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm ,
There is no chance of pregnancy at all as during this cycle her ovulation has been prevented by the loette 21 pill which is the mechanism by which these birth control pills work. If she has been regular with her pills till date during this cycle as on day 19 today, then chances of pregnancy are negligible and you can rest assured. There is no requirement of an emergency contraceptive pill at all. She should just continue the remaining 2 pills as scheduled and then after completion of pack, wait for her withdrawal bleeding to start in next 4-5 days. once bleeding starts , pregnancy shall be ruled out anyways.
I hope i have answered your query,
Regards

Brief Answer:
its fine..explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
That is still fine if she just missed one and continued the next from the next day regularly till date , still the protection would ensue unless she experienced any spotting or withdrawal after missing her pill on that day.
I feel there is no real need to worry at present and she can continue her next 2 pills and then wait for her menses to start.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Fine , no hassles , she should take the last pill today and wait for the withdrawal bleed within next 7 days. Once the bleeding occurs , it shall confirm that she is pregnancy safe.
If you are still anxious then i would suggest to get a serum beta hcg test done after 7 days of last intercourse and it would give a definitive result. If the levels of hcg are lead than 1ng/dl then she is not pregnant at all , but if they are high, then she is likely to be pregnant. So you may opt for it if desired.
Please let me know the results / onset of withdrawal bleed, either.
Feel free to follow up directly .

Detailed Answer:
hello,
With regular use of oral contraceptive pills from day 2 of cycles, it is generally safe to have even unprotected sex.
It is likely that her menses shall start in next 1 week. So just wait and watch till then.
