Hi,
Loetta is a combination oral
contraceptive pill that contains two hormones,
ethinylestradiol and
levonorgestrel. Like all hormonal contraceptives, it may cause side effects in some women. Some of the most common side effects of Loetta pills are nausea, headache, breast tenderness, mood changes, weight gain, changes in menstrual bleeding patterns (e.g. irregular bleeding, spotting, or absence of periods), decreased libido (sex drive), and skin reactions, such as acne or rash
In rare cases, Loetta may cause more serious side effects, such as blood clots, stroke, heart attack, liver problems, or
high blood pressure. These serious side effects are more common in women who smoke, are over 35 years old, or have certain medical conditions.
If you experience any unusual symptoms or side effects while taking Loetta, you should consult your healthcare provider as soon as possible. They can help you decide whether Loetta is the right contraceptive choice for you and may recommend an alternative form of
contraception.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
