What Are The Effects Of Cytotec On The Fetus?

Question: Hi I wanted to ask regarding medication for arthritis while pregnant. My friend took cytotec in her first few weeks she didn't know she was expecting approx 2400 mg will that effect the growth of the baby?

Thank you. She has read a few studies conducted on the drug saying it may stop oxygen flow which can cause abnormilities in babies. She did cramp and bleed a bit for a day or 2.is that ok?
