What Are The Findings And Required Treatment From The Kidney Function Test, Liver Function Test And Urine Examination?

Question: hiii few days back i went to a dr. for premature ejaculation prob and ed. he asked me to get following tests 1* haematology every thng is fyn except lymphocyte = 09% and monocyte 01% and MCHC 32.6 2* kidney function test every thng is fyn except A/G ratio i.e 1.50 3* liver function test evry thng fyn except conjugated(d. bilirubin) 0.30, A/G ratio 1.50 Sgpt 46.0 4* biochemestry everythng is fyn 5* urine examination color pale yellow , pus cells 1-2, epithelial cells 0-1, immunology serum testesterone 400 ngm/dl 6* semen examination toatal count 45 million/cc , pus cell 1-2/hpf epthilial 0-1/hpf 7* xray sacrum ap every thing is normal. i just want to know that how does it affect ed and pe in me AND WHAT MEDECINE OR TREATMENT DO I NEED TO GO THROUGH. PLZ ANSWER M ASAP. AND IS THERE A WAY I CAN SEND YOU SCAN COPY OF ALL MY REPORT IF U WANT THEM. WAITING FOR UR REPLY REGARDS XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Thnks fr replying back in such short time. M nt married nd I do indulge in sexual intercourse with women. Bt once or twice in a month. I can't stay longer lets say 1-2 min. Nd I do get erection in morning. I here want to say that once I had paid sex but I wasn't able to erect my penis. And with my gf I dnt face that problem. In first session I get erection and but for 2nd session its hard to get static erection. Wat do U advise me to do.

Brief Answer: Your problem is due to anxiety. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for feed back. You have no problem of getting erection with your girl friend but have problem of getting erection with other woman .This is mainly due to psychological inhibition and due to anxiety. As regards not getting the same hard erection like first session it is but natural and you need some time gap to achieve the same hardness and erection at second session. As regards premature ejaculation in majority of cases cause of premature ejaculation is mind related and due to performance anxiety Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation. 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.. Thnks fr ur reply. Actually the thing is early ejaculation. I go to zym regularly. I had practised yoga and meditation for many mnths. Actually till nw since I had sex first time I haven't enjoyed sex more than 2 min. If its mental problem.and I did overmastjrbation due to which my penis has shrinked like a child penis. I knw ed is psychological. Problem with me. But how can I overcome of pe . Is there any antidepressjon pill to help me In pe. Prob. Wat techniques should i go for. I dnt smoke nd I hardly drink. And the dr. I consulted has said that my sperm count is low. Wat do U get out of report??

Brief Answer: Sperm count of 45 million /CC is normal. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for follow up. As regards Premature ejaculation you have to consult qualified Sexologist to learn how to modify sex techniques.like Stop and start technique and squeeze technique. Since problem of ED is mind related you have to consult Psychiatrist for counselling and to learn how to allay anxiety. Use of drugs like Sildenafil and Dapoxetine may help to get good hard sustainable erection and delay ejaculation. Get the prescription of these drugs from your family physician.
