What Are The Long Term Side Effects Of Extreme Overdose Of Crocin, Allegra And Flexon?
Thanks for posting your query.
1) Kindly mention the dose of crocin (paracetamol) whether 325 mg or 500 mg.
2) As such paracetamol is the safest anti-pyretics/ analgesic. In short term, up to 10 mg per day is safest while dose >20 mg in single attempt (for suicidal attempt) may cause liver failure and renal failure.
3) Chronic use of crocin in heavy dose may cause gastric bleeding, hepato-toxicity, infertility (one study suggest in 2010), increase risk of blood cancer. Heavy use of paracetamol (300 grams a year or 1 g per day on average) has been linked to a condition known as 'Small Indented and Calcified Kidneys' (SICK). Habitual use of paracetamol leads to decrease in threshold for pain in a person.
4) Allegra contains fexofenadine and high doses may cause headache, dizziness and sedation and dry mouth. Single doses of fexofenadine hydrochloride up to 800 mg and doses up to 690 mg twice daily for 1 month were administered without the development of clinically significant adverse events.
5) Which medicine is available in Flexon? Give name of that medicine.
Put your query if you have.
