No diebatics, no heart problem ever felt I can walk around 15 Km at a stretch, 1KM/8 minutes. My blood pressure is normal but sometime it was recorded 80/140
Kindly advise me what care and how to prepare to pass or for the negative TMT test. Regards. XXXXXXX XXXX

Very good vitals and good exercise capacity
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXX,
Thank you for a wonderful description. Most often with the exercise speed and capacity you have you would not fail the TMT test. You seem if you can walk for 90 minutes continously and a very good pace. This is called capacity building for your lungs and heart. You should be able to pass through the test.
You should not fail it unless you have arthritis where may experience pain the knee / ankle joints. The BP recorded is common for your age. They generally look for heart rate, BP and symptoms during the test.
You can probably practice to increase the pace of the walk before you take up the test. During the TMT there is regular increase in pace of the mill.
Hope this helps.
I do not have arthrite problem, also I donot feel any pain in my knees or joints. How fast and what pace should I walk. Can I run for 1/2 km and rest and another 1/2 KM instead of long walking.
I had suffered from TB when I was around 25 years and recovered fully after 2-3 years treatment. though there are traces when X-ray is taken out otherwise I donot notice any problem. My eating habits are very normal, veg only teetotaller, I am in fact a religious researcher writer and enjoy normal sleep. Thanks and with best regards.
no running
Detailed Answer:
I do not stop you trying to jog, but I do not see a benefit catching pace of it over a km in seven and half minutes marginally to what you are doing. The healed tb calcified nodes still seen on xray. No need to repeat the xray for you will have radiation hazards and anxiety.
Thank you.
