Question: I accidentally took 20 mug of melatonin 2 nights ago. And could barely function the next day. Can you take too much melatonin? I take triazolam .25 mg.

It is difficult to get overdose of this drug as it is a naturally occurring substance in the system. I guess all is well now. You simply had exaggerated effects because of the increased dosage but that will soon fade away.
