Brief Answer:
Should not be a problem

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

In many people we even use Ecospirin 150 along with Atorvastatin for long use. So, it should not be a problem if you have taken the double dose.

You just need to watch if you develop any abnormal side effects like Bleeding , Abdominal pain.
If any of these happen, you need to consult your doctor.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
