*has she been taking eptoin Continuously all these years? Or only when needed as precaution or treatment?
*how much eptoin did she take last night? How many tablets of 100mg did she take?
*does she have any other medical issues or take any other medications?

Severe overdose can cause toxicity and result in cardiovascular (heart- dangerous heart rhythms, blood pressure changes), neurological (Coma, seizures) and even death if not treated immediately.

I recommend :
-if this has just happened, please visit the ER right away, especially if is symptomatic (drowsy, involuntary body movements, giddiness, fatigue)
- do not induce vomiting.
-blood tests to check for phenytoin levels
- treatment based on severity of over dose.

This is if she took way too many tablets. The toxicity also depends on her metabolic condition.
Please get back to me with the exact tdose she took last night and the time she took it and how much time it has been since then and now.

Yes eptoin toxicity is serious.
