Brief Answer:
do suicidal grandchildren get to decide?

Detailed Answer:
ok, I suppose it is possible the grandson is 27. Still, this is petitionable. In fact, NOT calling the police to get him to the ER can probably put the people ignoring suicide attempts in jail.

Then, it is common for people admitting to taking some pills to have taken different, more, or some combination of chemicals legal/recreational/otherwise than what is said.

certainly there is an overdose

Certainly that is a reason to have the person forcibly escorted to the hospital.

Then there is the toxicity. These are not huge doses and these are not terribly dangerous medications. Still, there is the potential for a LOT of problems with olanzepine and it could interact with fluvoxamine and will itneract with marijuana.
Oh, luvox interacts a LOT with other medications. It is both a powerful depressant of the brain and a powerful inhibitor of drugs being able to leave the body (inhibits liver metabolism of medications). Not the worst, not the best combination. It is quite likely to make someone confused, lethargic, and in other ways sick. It is gong to take a few days to wear off.
