I just tired dip once and now i have a leasire in the side of mt cheek with little white dots around it could it be oral cancer?
Brief Answer:
not oral cancer
Detailed Answer:
The lesions and white dots sounds like you have an infection or blocked salivary glands. It is very unlikely someone your age would get oral cancer.
I do recommend that you see your medical provider so they can look at the lesion and prescribe the proper medication. You may need to be on an antibiotic or an anti-fungal medication depending on what the find on your exam
