General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to cancer sores.
Canker sores are painful sores inside the mouth.
Stress, minor injury to the inside of the mouth, acidic fruits and vegetables, and hot spicy foods can trigger the development of canker sores.

I I ti use salt water or baking soda rinse (dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 cup warm water).
Dab a small amount of milk of magnesia on your canker sore a few times a day.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
