Hello,

Is it pain at neck or back part of the tongue? I think you may be sufficient from nutritional deficiencies like b12 or folic acid deficiency or zinc deficiency or iron deficiency or tongue inflammation to chemical or high use of fluorinated paste etc. Use capsule becosules once a day for two weeks.

Use salt water gargling thrice a day. Avoid spicy food and alcohol consumption. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
