Brief Answer:
Usually well tolerated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The 6-in-1 vaccine is very safe but, as with all medicines, a few will have side effects. In general, side effects are mild and short-lived. Most people won't have any problems at all. The side effects that are most often reported after the vaccine are: pain, redness and swelling at the injection site, fever. vomiting, abnormal irritability, loss of appetite, etc. All these do subside in next 5-7 days. Usually symptomatic treatment is given according to the side effects.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
