I have outlined in detail...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
At this dose of 2grams you can't experience any abnormal signs or symptoms except some gastric irritation and feeling of nausea. You should see a doctor if you notice abdominal pain, gastric irritation, nausea and vomiting.
I suggest you to swallow atleast 5-8 pills of activated charcoal ASAP after crushing into powder. This will help you, if its just been 2hrs since you took overdose .
After that you should use this antacid gel containg Magnesium Hydroxide + Aluminium Hydroxide + Oxetacaine combination for a week to avoid any gastric ulcerations.
If you have any further clarifications, sure i will be helpful

I re did the math and I have actually taken 2600mg over a 6 hour period. and I am no where near
a pharmacy or hospital. I was told drinking plenty of water and milk might help, and just to give you some more information, I do not drink at all I dont know if that matters but I know alcahol effects the liver.

Brief Answer:
Dont worry..
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
I can understand that , but there is nothing to fear about it.
If you dont have any access to pharmacy ..do this now.. eat lot of yoghurt. This will soothe your gastric mucosa.
Coming to your fear of liver damage, if you are a clean slate ,without habits you do not need to worry , because liver has powerful capacity to detoxify your overdose. If you are still in doubt , once you get back to a town get Liver function tests done, it will give the information about damage.
Hope you are comfortable now.
