What Are The Side Effects Of Combiflam And Saridon?
High doses might prove fatal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from healthcaremagic.com
You have taken Combiflam and Saridon overdose. Combiflam consists of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. Saridon is Paracetamol.
Paracetamol is safe to use drug but higher dose might result in toxicity. Maximum daily dose is around 3 gm per day. In general adults show toxicity at or more than 10 gm of dose. Higher doses can even prove fatal. You have taken about 10 tablets of Saridon (500 mg) that is around 5 grams and 12 Combiflam that is around 3.9 grams. So this time you are relatively in safe range. High dose of Ibuprofen can also prove harmful. This time you are lucky and are safe. But you might have nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, dizziness or even shock as side effects.
Please avoid using overdose of these drugs. This might damage your liver and kidney even permanently. For your depression talk to your family members and consult a psychiatrist.
If you develop any symptoms like persistent nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness etc then report to a doctor immediately. For gastric upset you can take Ranitidine tablet.
Thanks. Take care
