What Are The Side Effects Of Hydrocodone?

Question: Hydrocodone worked fine for me when I had sinus surgery . On the 3rd day of taking hydrocodone I forced myself to stay up all day, and, found when I started dozing off I hallucinated. It's 3 years later and I've been prescribed it again. My question is. If I take this medication and don't try to stay up all day, can I take as prescribed?

I have read your query and understand your concern.
HYDROCODONE is a semisynthetic opidod and is a narcotic.
Since it causes drowsiness,you can get dizziness and hallucinations if you try to remain awake deliberately and forcefully. This is what happened with you earlier.
Since it causes addiction very fast,it is better to use it for few days only.
HYDROCODONE gives you a pleasurable high and that's why it is very easy to become dependent and addictive,if used beyond the advised therapeutic use.
