Question: I would like to know the side effects of several prescription Drugs starting with Metoprolol, Estradiol, Levothyroxine, Chlorzoxazone, MedrixyProgesterone, Pravastatin, Nortriptyline, Folic Acid, Clopidogrel, Vitamin B-1

COMMON CONSIDERATIONS:-
Almost all have the common side effects of Rashes and Pruritus and acute prophylactic reaction if given to a person who is allergic to them.


INDIVIDUAL SIDE EFFECTS OF DRUGS:-

1. METOPROLOL:-
Tiredness and Headache.
Nausea, Diarrhea, constipation.
Decreased heart rate and low blood pressure may lead to dizziness, difficulty breathing or even Heart failure in some.
Difficulty breathing due to airway narrowing.



2. Medroxyprogesterone:-
Menstrual irregularities.
Swelling in extremities; thrombosis of the veins (DVT).
Weakness that may be due to decreased appetite.
Dizziness, headache.
Daytime sleepiness.
Breast pain and pain in abdomen too.
Abdominal pain.

3. Pravastatin:-
Muscle problems like pain and wasting.
Nausea and/or vomiting, diarrhea
Headache and pain in chest.
Cough and feeling fatigued all the time.


4. NORTRIPTYLINE:- It has a long list of side effects as it is directly related to the brain.
Weakness and easy fatigability.
Agitation and Anxiety
Dry mouth and constipation.
Vision issues.
Nausea Vomiting.
Heart issues.
Confusion, extrapyramidal symptoms, dizziness, paresthesia, tinnitus.
Deranged liver functions.
Sex related issues.
Seizure
Deranged blood cell counts.
Kidney issues like (SIADH).

5. folic acid:-
Difficulty breathing.
Weakness and easy fatigability.


6. CLOPIDOGREL:-
Infections of the urinary and respiratory systems.
Pain in joints and chest; and headache is very common.
Diarrhea and dizzy feelings.
Nasal and flu like issues.


7. Vit. B 1:-
Swelling and restlessness.
Fluid in the lungs and shortness of breath and malaise.


8. ESTRADIOL:-

High BP and headache.

9. LEVOTHYROXINE:-
